THE FOX AND THE GRAPES
A fox was walking through the countryside one afternoon when he passed a house with a grapevine growing next to it. From the vine hung big bunches of fat, luscious-looking grapes.
The fox was hungry, and he wanted some of those grapes. So he hurried over to the grapevine. But the grapes were too high for the fox. No matter how he jumped, he could not reach them. At last the fox gave up. "Those grapes are probably sour, anyway,' he said to himself as he walked away. He knew it wasn't true - but he wanted to believe it!
MORAL: It doesn't help to say you don't want something, just because you cannot have it.
